GOOD TIMES. CLEAR GROUND RULES.

House rules. Good vibes.

A little care goes a long way. Here’s the plan for a smooth event.

Your guide to The Spot

These house rules apply to your rental. Items marked “To confirm” still require booking-specific details from your host.

01. Your time at The Spot

Afternoon: 2–6 p.m. Evening: 8 p.m.–midnight. All day: noon–midnight. Setup, deliveries, decorating, and pack-up must fit within your rental. Everyone must be out by midnight. The two-hour gap between afternoon and evening rentals is reserved for turnaround, not guest access.

02. Enjoy the building. Respect vendor spaces.

You and your guests are welcome to visit the on-site bar and restaurant during their operating hours. Vendor booths are not included in your rental. Entering vendor booths after hours is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized entry may be reported to law enforcement and could result in criminal charges.

03. Your guests, your gathering

The named renter should remain on-site during the event and share these rules with guests and vendors. Keep attendance within the capacity approved by your host. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.

04. Set up with care

Ask before moving furniture or bringing large equipment. Keep exits, aisles, doorways, and shared walkways clear. Return moved items to their original positions before leaving. Do not enter storage or staff-only areas.

05. Decorate without leaving a mark

Use only host-approved decorations and removable attachments. No nails, screws, staples, glitter, confetti, or loose table scatter. No open flames, candles, fireworks, or smoke/fog machines. Remove all decorations at the end of your rental.

06. Food, drinks & catering

Confirm outside food, catering, and alcohol arrangements with your host before booking vendors or bringing supplies. Do not assume alcohol may be brought in, sold, or served under your rental. Follow the on-site bar’s policies and use approved food-service areas.

07. Keep the vibe neighbor-friendly

Keep music and voices at a level that respects nearby businesses and other guests. Follow host requests to lower the volume. No harassment, fighting, unsafe behavior, or illegal activity. DJs, speakers, and live entertainment need advance approval.

08. Smoke-free indoors

No smoking or vaping inside the venue or warehouse. Ask your host about designated outdoor areas and dispose of waste safely.

09. Leave it ready for the next group

Remove your belongings, decorations, leftover food, and vendor equipment. Wipe spills, clear tables, and place bagged trash in the host-designated location. Report spills or damage promptly. Follow the checkout instructions provided with your booking.

10. Look after the space

Treat furniture, games, equipment, and building fixtures with care. Report broken or missing items immediately. Any damage charges, extra cleaning fees, or deposit deductions must be addressed in the final rental agreement; no fee amounts are established by these rules.

11. Safety & getting help

Follow posted safety instructions and staff directions. Do not tamper with alarms or safety equipment. Contact your host for routine issues; call 911 for emergencies. Keep emergency access clear.
